Ingredients

  • 140 gm flour
  • 120 gm butter
  • 200 gm condensed milk
  • 75 gm milk
  • 1/2 tpsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions

Step 1
Take flour in a bowl and then add baking powder and baking soda to it. Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 2
Next take butter and condensed milk in a bowl and whisk well.
Step 3
When the mixture turns light and fluffy, add vanilla essence to it. Whisk again.
Step 4
Keep adding flour mix and milk to the butter and condensed milk mixture slowly, one spoon each at a time.
Step 5
Take a baking tin and grease with butter or vegetable oil.
Step 6
Transfer the cake mix to the tin and spread evenly.
Step 7
Top with dry fruits or chocolate chips. This step is optional.
Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes, at 150 to 170 degree Celsius. If you don't have an oven, place the baking tin on a tawa and cover it with a lid. Let it cook for at least 30 minutes. Using a toothpick, check if its cooked properly.
