1. Chickpea Salad With Avocado
Ingredients:
- Chickpea
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Onion
- Fresh herbs
- Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
How To Make:-
i) Properly soak and cook the chickpeas
ii) Slice the vegetables.
iii) To get the most flavour from each bite, make sure to slice everything into bite-sized pieces that are slightly larger than chickpeas.
iv) Cut the avocado in half lengthwise. Hold the half with the pit in one hand, gently tap a sharp edge into the pit to twist it out and discard it.
v) Remove the avocado with a spoon and dice.
vi) Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Stir gently as you combine everything.
2. Chickpea Salad With Tomato Cucumber
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
How To Make:-
i) Properly soak and cook the chickpeas to have a better taste.
ii) Take a bowl, mix the lemon juice and seasoning mix together.
iii) Add the chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, and parsley.
iv) Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
v) Add a tablespoon or two of olive oil if you like and serve immediately.

3. Chickpea Salad With Spinach
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas
- Spinach
- Cucumber
- Lemon juice
- Honey
- Olive Oil
- Cumin
- Pepper
- Salt
- Chilli flakes
How To Make:-
i) Properly soak and cook the chickpeas
ii) Chop the spinach and mix with the chickpeas into a large bowl.
iii) Mix honey, oil, and lemon juice in a small bowl and add to chickpeas.
iv) Add cumin, salt, and pepper (according to your taste) to the dressing bowl and mix well.
v) You can also add chilli flakes for dressing this salad.

4. Vinegar-Mustard Chickpea Salad
Ingredients:
- Chickpea
- Onion
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Fresh herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vinegar
- Mustard Oil
How To Make:-
i) Chop the herbs, tomatoes, onions, and cucumber in small sizes.
ii) Mix the vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
iii) Set aside for five minutes to give the garlic some time to mellow.
iv) Whisk in the oil until the dressing is emulsified.
v) Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
vi) Drizzle with dressing and toss properly to combine and have a flavourful taste.
