Ingredients

  • 3 Cup Besan
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Ghee
  • 10 Finely Chopped Almonds
  • 10 Finely Chopped Cashew Nuts
  • 10 Finely Chopped Raisins
  • Sugar Or Jaggery Powder According To Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Dessicated Coconut

Instructions

Step 1
In a heavy bottom pan, add ghee and gram flour. Roast on low flame.
Step 2
Add whole wheat flour and keep mixing. Stir till the mixture gets brown in colour and starts to give a nice aroma.
Step 3
Add dessicated coconut, chopped dry fruits to the kadhai and stir.
Step 4
Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool a little.
Step 5
Grease your palms with some ghee and make small balls.
