This besan pinni recipe is super easy and doesn't require any fancy ingredients.
In a heavy bottom pan, add ghee and gram flour. Roast on low flame.
Add whole wheat flour and keep mixing. Stir till the mixture gets brown in colour and starts to give a nice aroma.
Add dessicated coconut, chopped dry fruits to the kadhai and stir.
Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool a little.
Grease your palms with some ghee and make small balls.
Besan pinnis are ready. Store them in an air tight container. You can have them as is or with a glass of milk.
