Himalayan Pranam
Himalaya Pranam, which comes from the sacred lineage of Lord Shiva, is a dynamic 11-step sequence. This very old sequence stretches the body, enhances oxygenation, and activates important energy points.
Steps in brief:
- Stand in Samasthiti.
- Join the palms in the Pranam Asana.
- Bend forward halfway into Samakonasana, then fully with the legs apart.
- Continue with forward and backward bend: Advasana, Shalabhasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Padahastasana, and then stand in Pranam Mudra again.
This helps blood circulation along the spine, in the brain, and in the limbs, assists heart functioning, and relieves muscular tension.

Siddhohum Kriya
