Varun Dhawan's long-time beau, Natasha Dalal looked like a dream in her minimalist pastel lehenga which she picked from her own label. She ditched the traditional reds and pinks and wore a pale gold lehenga which came with heavy intricate detailing in gold beads, sequins, and embroidery. Her embellished blouse had star motifs on the sleeves. Natasha Dalal's dupatta had a floral border.
Natasha Dalal's Statement Diamond Jewellery
Natasha Dalal chose to complete her bridal look with a statement diamond necklace with an emerald pendant, matching earrings with a pearl drop, and a maang tika. Natasha Dalal's bridal look was rounded off with a traditional white chooda and silver kalire.
Natasha Dalal's Minimal Makeup
For her D-day, the designer was dolled up by celebrity makeup artist Namrata Soni. Her makeup was kept soft and glam, in sync with her outfit. Her hair were pulled back for a half-up, half-down hairdo which was accentuated with beautiful white flowers.

Namrata Soni also did a breakdown of her bridal look in an interview with Vogue. She said, “If you're wearing a light coloured outfit, most brides will do a bright lip and nude eyes. Or, if they're playing up the eyes, they'll do the traditional smoky eye but with Natasha, we wanted to play up her almond eye shape by keeping it in focus but being as subtle as possible.” She shared, “I used colours like bronze and rose gold across her lids and then, using a sable brown eyeliner, I pulled it out into a delicate wing.”
During the interview, she further shared that she used an airbrush machine to apply foundation on her skin which made it look healthy. She further shared, “We did a little contouring on the cheekbones and jawbones just to define the face, and then applied the subtle highlight on the high points of the face." The blush unlike the regular technique was applied with a draping technique where the product is brushed along the crest of the cheekbones which helps lift and sculpt them. For the lips, the MUA used a nude pink shade.
Takeaways From Natasha Dalal's Bridal Look
If you are a bride-to-be who wishes to keep it all simple for the D-day then here are a few things that you can note down.
Choose The Colour Palette Wisely
It all begins with choosing the right colour bridal lehenga. Remember that everything else will be planned in sync with the outfit.
Go Minimal With Jewellery
You don't really need layers of jewellery to make your bridal look stand out. A statement piece in gold or diamond that complements your outfit can do the magic.
Let The MUA Know Your Preferences
If you don't wish to stick with the traditional formula of bridal makeup then just like Natasha Dalal you can let the MUA know your preferences so that they can curate the look just what you dream of. If you have healthy skin then it's best to not get too many layers on your face. Also, decide in advance if you wish to get your hair tied up or leave them loose.
