If you are into a job, wherein you work for countless hours, especially at night, you know the significance of decaffeinating drinks. However, the same drinks, such as coffee can cost your sleep. Reportedly, having coffee can keep you awake for about five to six hours. Hence, if you have it right before or a couple of hours before hitting the bed, you will have trouble falling asleep.

This is because dried fruits are high-fibre, low-water foods that can take a toll on your digestive health and therefore, can keep you from a peaceful sleep.
