Coffee
Coffee is another amazing exfoliator for your skin. It will not only help you remove the dead layer but also makes your skin tighter and increases blood flow in the skin.
Ingredients Required -
- 1 Tsp Ground Coffee
- 1 Tsp Chocolate Powder
- 2 Drops Of Essential Oil
Directions -
In a bowl, add all the ingredients. Start scrubbing your skin gently with this mix. Keep for 10 minutes and then rinse with luke warm water.

Strawberry

- 2-3 Tbsp Pureed Strawberries
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Sugar
- 1 Tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Tsp Almond Oil

In a bowl, add all the ingredients. Wet your face and gently massage your skin.
Aloe Vera
You can hydrate and cleanse your skin with this 2 ingredient face scrub. While aloe vera has hydrating properties, sugar has exfoliating benefits.
Ingredients Required -
- 1 Tbsp Aloe Vera Gel
- 1 Tsp Ground Sugar
Directions -
Mix both the ingredients well. Apply on your face and gently massage. Rinse with normal water.
Those micro exfoliation can be done on a regular basis, it is best you consult your dermatologist before making this process a part of your everyday skincare routine if you have sensitive or breakout skin.
