I just can't do without a lip balm. Anyone who has dry lips knows the struggle! Dry and chapped lips can take away all the glow from your face and make it look dull. I thought of adding some new lip care products to my beauty kit and recently found this lip balm duo from Forest Essentials. Did it work for me? Read on to know my detailed review.

How To Use The Lipcare Duo?

There are no such instructions to use these two lip products. For the scrub, your need to rub it gently on your lips in clockwise and anticlockwise direction for a few seconds and then wipe it off with a tissue. Follow it with the lip cream. You can use the lip cream just like you use any regular lip balm.

How It Worked For Me?

There are days when you feel like applying a lot of lipstick but this makes my lips really dry and chapped. That's when lip balms and lip scrubs come to the rescue. I really liked the set of lip cream and lip scrub for both my problems. I use the lip scrub to exfoliate my lips thrice a week. My lips instantly feel smooth and soft. I usually follow it with the lip cream but a lot of times I don't really feel the need to do so because the lip scrub alone does the magic. The scrub has helped me remove the pigmentation and dryness from my lips. Also, the lip cream works for real, it has a beautiful fragrance and the results are amazing! Using it once aa day really works for me. I carry this lip balm duo with me all the time. Whenever I feel like my lips have started to dry out, I massage some cream or scrub or both the products on my lips and get smooth lips in a jiffy! The best part is that the smoothness really lasts for long. One application through the day is enough for me.

Verdict

Overall, this lip care duo worked for me. I love the fact that it is enriched with the goodness of so many natural ingredients which make my lips so soft and smooth. Also, the fragrance is so refreshing. However, if you are on a budget, the product may not really please you. If not, a must-have lip kit!
