A Twitter user, @metersreviews, talked about the show, saying, “#Euphoria season 3 was a complete step in the wrong direction. The cast continued to deliver great work, but the writing lacks depth, the storylines feel disconnected, and so much of what made the show compelling is missing. Frustrating, unsatisfying, and disappointing.”

Another Twitter user, Tsimja Jackson, posted her review for the finale, saying, “Just watched the Euphoria S3 finale, 'In God We Trust', and I'm speechless 😭 Rue's arc ending in that overdose after everything... Those laced pills from Alamo weren't random. Maddy's hot tub slip about the DEA sealed it, and that phone call reaction hit differently knowing the full picture. Zendaya and Alexa Demie delivered raw pain. Ali's revenge on Alamo? Cold and poetic. No one escapes the cycle clean; addiction, betrayal, and power plays are all caught up. Nate's rattlesnake coffin death in ep7 was already unhinged, but this finale tied the bow on the chaos. Sam Levinson went full dark. Series finale vibes? Gutted, but it felt earned. What a ride. Who else is processing this? #Euphoria #EuphoriaFinale”

Noah Levine tweeted his review of the ‘Euphoria’ season three finale, saying, “Can’t say it was completely satisfying, but I thought EUPHORIA season 3 was a very unique experiment. Swapping the genre 2 seasons in and putting the characters through the absolute ringer. High stakes, soap opera antics through a cinematic lens. The ending packed a punch.”

Overall, fans had high hopes for the finale and for Rue’s redemption arc. Sadly, they were left disappointed by Sam Levinson, once again. With a star-studded cast, this season was purely an example of potential wasted. While the actors delivered phenomenal performances, with an improved script, the show would have been much better.
With heavy hearts, fans say goodbye to an amazing show which lost its spark as the third season of ‘Euphoria’ came around.
