Actor Madhuri Dixit just bought a home in Mumbai. The actor's brand-new apartment, which is reported to be worth ₹48 crores (approx), is situated on the 53rd floor of an opulent building complex in Mumbai's posh Lower Parel neighbourhood. The property was registered on September 28, 2022, the report added.

The mentioned home was bought by Madhuri at Indiabulls Blu, Lower Parel. The luxury property in Worli, South Mumbai, is built on 10 acres and has amazing views of the Arabian Sea, according to the Indiabulls website. Among its many features are large swimming pools, a football field, a gym, a spa, a club (A Guide To The Best NightLife In India) and several more amenities.
As per a report in Indian Express, Dixit signed the sale conveyance deed in September with the seller Calleis Land Development Private Limited and paid a stamp duty of about ₹2.4 crores. The flat is spread over 5,384 sq ft of area, and comes with seven car parking spaces, added the report. The Indian Express report further added that in Maharashtra if a woman is a homebuyer, a one percent concession on stamp duty is offered. Hence, on this flat purchase, a benefit of one percent was given to Dixit by the state revenue department.

On the work front, Dixit is currently judging Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. Her latest film Maja Ma released on Prime Videos on October 6. It marks her post-pandemic return to films after Kalank was released three years ago. She was also last seen in The Fame Game web series (2022).
