This is ideal for a rented house since it does not require you to paint the walls and drill it, infact it does not require you to make any major changes at all. All you have to do is set up a tent area wherever there is a little space in the room. Have all the toys inside the tent and make an opening. Place a pillow and a small table lamp inside the tent so your child can go in there when they wish to read or play! It is going to be a perfect hideout for your tiny toddlers!

This is an excellent idea for giving your child’s room a touch of their personality! Make the wall right next to their bed(read about bed skirts), so they get the perfect view while they sleep! You can also have the graffiti wall on the wall opposite to their bed! On this wall, have all the things your children like drawn. Be it coffee, traveling, music or dance, food, etc! This will be the wow factor of your entire house and will give your child’s room a touch of their personality!

The one thing that all children love and the one thing that goes right off the list if the room is narrow is a bunk bed! If you think the room is not tall enough, you can make the lower bed of the bunk in the form of a mattress. A lot of space will be saved this way and the room will look perfect for your kids! If you want to make them too happy, you can add steps on one side for them to go up and a slide on the other side for them to come down.

Another way you can amp up your children’s room is by giving it a theme. Here you can pick a theme, say cars and do everything in the room accordingly. Have the bed made in the shape of a car, have the curtains have cars made on them. Follow the same colour theme for the wardrobe and carpets. This way your child’s room will really stand out!
A simple and single element that can bring about a huge difference in the room is the mirror. For the purpose of perfect mirror selfies and dress-up sessions in the middle of the night, we suggest you place a full-length mirror in your child’s room and have bulbs on the periphery to make it look like it is straight out of Bollywood changing rooms!
