Salad Days Review: Daily Cravings Made Healthy With Fresh Salads And Wholesome Snacks

It’s one of those slow, dull Sunday afternoons when you are craving lunch. But you know you are definitely not cooking, but also not sure what you want to order and you have spent way too long scrolling through delivery apps. This was me last week, just doomscrolling menus until I saw that Salad Days dropped a new healthy snack menu.
Now, I’m already a fan because of their fresh and tasteful salads and also because I love a sustainable, farm-to-fork moment. But this snack selection looked like the "mindful indulgence" I actually needed. No bloating, no post-lunch slump.
Here is everything I tried:
1. Creamy Mushroom Melt Duo
If you want something that feels like a hug but isn't heavy, this is it. It’s got sautéed mushrooms, caramelised onions, and tangy feta, but the real MVP is the sriracha yogurt kick. It’s served in these signature house-baked beet buns that are known to be fluffy and delicious.

The Vibe: Comforting but fresh.
Protein Hit: 13g.
2. BBQ Chimi-Chicken Twins
It’s smoky BBQ chicken paired with a mint chimichurri that honestly brightens the whole thing up. The pickled peppers give it a nice zing so it’s not just "another chicken slider.”

The Vibe: Bold, smoky, and surprisingly filling.
Protein Hit: A massive 36g.
3. Korean Chicken Salad
I’m a sucker for kimchi, and the house-made fermented stuff in here is legit, plus it’s great for the gut, too. It’s got poached chicken, rice noodles, and a whole rainbow of crunchy veggies.
The Vibe: A globally inspired bowl that actually tastes fresh, not soggy.

4. Crispy Corn Fritter Pita Pocket
This was the wildcard. The fritters are super crunchy with a solid spice kick, which gets balanced out perfectly by the fresh salad leaves tucked inside.
The Vibe: Crunchy, spicy, and very handheld-friendly.

5. Falafel Bowl
An absolute classic and easily a favorite. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, the falafel isn't dry (which is a rare win in the delivery world) and it just delivers on that authentic, earthy taste.
6. The Drinks: Orange & Watermelon + Chia
Swapped the usual soda for their cold-pressed juices. The Watermelon with Chia seeds is a total mood. It’s super refreshing and, best of all, zero bloating. It’s the ultimate "clean girl" hydration.

7. Almond Jaggery Cake
I finished off with this, and I’m obsessed. It was incredibly moist and fresh. Using jaggery instead of refined sugar makes it feel way less "guilty," though I probably could have eaten three more slices.
The Verdict? Salad Days managed to make "healthy snacks" not taste like cardboard. It’s balanced, the quality control from their own farm really shows, and it turned my mid-Sunday slump into a high-protein win. 10/10 would order again when I want to feel like I have my life together.
