To make this sweet delight recipe, start with heating ghee in a pan. Add gur to it and allow it to melt.
Let it cook until it turns golden brown. Once done, add fennel seeds to it and cook for few seconds.
Meanwhile, roast peanuts in a separate pan. Once done, add these roasted peanuts in gur mixture and mix well. Cook for a few minutes and then turn off the flame.
Pour this mixture into a greased tray or pan, and spread it evenly. Let it cool down. It will take approximately 7-8 hours to cool down.
Serve this by breaking it into small pieces and enjoy!
