Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 cup Wholegrain Oats
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Step

  • Step 1 :

    In a bowl, add 2 bananas and using a fork mash them well.

  • Step 2 :

    Next add wholegrain oats to the bowl and combine.

  • Step 3 :

    Top with some grated coconut or coconut flakes and mix again.

  • Step 4 :

    Add dark chocolate chips, flaxseeds powder and peanut butter.

  • Step 5 :

    Now add honey, vanilla extract and mix all the ingredients well to make a dough.

  • Step 6 :

    Take equal portions from the dough to make energy balls.

  • Step 7 :

    Place them on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Enjoy! You can store these in a container in the fridge.
