Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cup water
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp green chutney
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
  • 1 tsp grated raw mango
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate
  • ½ boiled potato / aloo
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Step 1
In a pressure cooker, add peanuts, turmeric, salt and water. Keep these boiled peanuts aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, add these peanuts. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and chat masala.
Step 3
Add green chutney to the bowl.
Step 4
Now time to add chopped onions, tomatoes and sweet corns.
Step 5
Also add raw mango, pomegranate.
Step 6
Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
