  • 4 Apples
  • 1 lt milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • Dry fruits of your choice
  • Saffron strands
  • Green cardamom powder


Step 1
In a heavy bottom pan, add milk. Let it boil till it reaches half of the total quantity.

Wash apples and grate them. Keep aside.
Step 3
Add sugar and grated apples to the milk. Make sure you keep the flame low.
Step 4
Next add dry fruits of your choice - almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, raisins, pine nuts.

Now add saffron strands to the milk.
Step 6
Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
