It’s origins lie in the pages of history with first recorded evidence of it being prepared in the kitchens of the Mysore Palace during the reign of Krishna Raja Wadiyar IV. Made by his palace cook named Kakasura Madappa, the Pak in the name stands for the sticky sugar syrup, preparing which is a secret art! But modern-day Mysore Pak is a piece of sinful delight that’s so easy to make but its taste is not so easy to forget. So what are you waiting for?
