Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Moong Dal
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Ghee
  • 1 Tsp Melted Powder
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • Handful of dry fruits of your choice

Step

  1. Step 1:

    In a pan, add moong dal and dry roast for 20 minutes. Take off flame and let it cool.

  2. Step 2:

    In a blender, add roasted moong dal and blend to make a fine powder.

  3. Step 3:

    In a pan, add some ghee and powdered moong dal and cook for 10 minutes. Roast till the mix gets golden brown.

  4. Step 4:

    Add cardamom powder and powdered sugar to the pan and mix again.

  5. Step 5:

    Now add chop your dry fruits and add to the pan and mix. This will add a crunch to your ladoos.

  6. Step 6:

    Take the pan off heat and let the mix cool.

  7. Step 7:

    Using some ghee, start making ladoos. Let them set for a few minutes and enjoy!
