  • In a mixing basin, place the poha.
  • Using running water, thoroughly rinse the poha.
  • After that, soak for 5 minutes in water. It will be soft once the water has been absorbed completely. If there is any surplus water, squeeze it out with your palms. Toss the poha with ghee and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add nuts and dry fruits of your choice to the poha.
  • Then, add hot or warm milk as per your liking to the poha.
