Beetroot Hummus
Ingredients:
- 1 roasted beetroot
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasoning. Serve chilled.
Herby Hummus
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley and coriander
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Garnish with extra parsley.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and olive oil to taste
Instructions:
Blend until smooth. You can top this hummus with a tomato, onion, olives, feta and coriander salsa for a loaded hummus plate.
Baba Ganoush
Ingredients:
- 1 large eggplant- roasted
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Blend roasted eggplant with tahini, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth. Garnish with olive oil.
Muhammara
Ingredients:
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses (Substitute: Balsamic Vinegar)
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
