This crispy and tasty snack is low on calories!
Cut each papad into 4 slices and deep fry.
Chop onion, tomato, cucumber, capsicum into small pieces and keep aside.
Boil sweet corn.
Place fried papads on a plate and layer with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
Top with chopped vegetables and sweet corn.
Add sev or wafers, chopped green chilli.
Sprinkle chilli powder and chaat masala as per taste.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy!
