Ingredients

  • 1 aloe vera leaf
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp powdered jaggery or gur
  • honey to taste
  • 3/4 glass cold water
  • 1/2 tsp jeera or cumin seeds
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • black salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala

Instructions

Step 1
Take an aloe vera leaf and scrape out the gel using a spoon. Keep it in a bowl.
Step 2
Now take a mixer grinder, add lemon juice, aloe vera gel and honey to it. Mix these ingredients to a paste.
Step 3
Add powdered jaggery to the mix and grind.
Step 4
Now add cold water and mix again.
Step 5
Take a pan and roast red chilli and jeera.
Step 6
Next grind jeera and chilli and keep aside.
Step 7
Take a glass and add black salt, chat masala and the roasted jeera and chilli powder mix. .
