How To Make Instant Beetroot Pickle?

  • Begin with washing, peeling and chopping beetroot into small pieces. 
  • In a pan, add some water, chopped beetroot and salt. Bring to boil.
  • In another pan, add some oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Saute.
  • Add in chopped ginger and garlic. Saute.
  • Next sprinkle chilli powder and turmeric.
  • Add curry leaves and boiled beetroot.
  • Lastly, add vinegar to the pan. 
  • Check for salt and adjust if required.
  • Once cool, transfer to a container. Enjoy!
