Shred and grate the veggies- cabbage, carrot and paneer. Then, chop some onions. Combine them with grated mozzarella cheese in a vessel.
Now, add mayonnaise, black pepper powder, amchur (Mango Powder), a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Take a bread slice and spread a layer of coriander chutney on it.
Now, spread the filling evenly onto the bread slice. You can add more shredded cheese on top if you desire. Cover it with a second slice of bread and gently press to join the two slices of bread together.
Finally, grill them on a griller or cook and flip them on hot tawa till both sides turn golden brown and crisp.
