    How To Make Veg. Loaded Cheese Sandwiches?

    • Shred and great cabbage, carrot and paneer. Next, chop some onions and combine them all with grated mozzarella cheese in a vessel.
    • Now, add mayonnaise, black pepper powder, amchur (Mango Powder), a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.
    • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    • Take a bread slice and spread a layer of coriander chutney on it.
    • Now, spread the filling evenly onto the bread slice. Cover it with a second slice of bread and gently press to join the two slices of bread together.
    • Finally, grill them on a griller or cook and flip them on  hot tawa till both sides turn golden brown and crisp.
    • Serve the delicious veg loaded cheese sandwiches with Tomato Ketchup or Coriander Chutney.

    Ingredients

    • 8 Slices of Bread
    • 1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
    • 1/2 Cup Grated Carrots
    • 1/2 Cup finely chopped Onions
    • 2 Tablespoon Eggless Mayonnaise
    • 50 gm Grated Paneer
    • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
    • 1 Teaspoon Amchur Powder
    • Coriander Chutney Salt to taste
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
    • 1 Tablespoon Butter or Ghee
