malai paneer recipe

Paneer is one of the most loved ingredients when it comes to Indian vegetarian cuisine. Fresh cottage cheese or paneer is used to prepare so many of our favourite dishes like paneer tikka, chilly paneer, kadhai paneer and even sweets.

For the longest time if you have been wondering why your homemade paneer dishes and snacks don't taste like what you relish in restaurants then that's probably because you are using that regular packed paneer from the market.

To get that creamy flavour in your dishes you need homemade, malai paneer which melts in the mouth and enhances the flavour of your recipes. You can easily make it at home using a few ingredients.
