  • To make kesar malai ladoos, stir fry some malai in a pan.
  • Add paneer and mix again.
  • Then, add saffron for colour and keep mixing.
  • When you get the desired consistency, switch off the flame and take out the mixture on a plate.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Now, make small ladoos and garnish with dry fruits.

Ingredients

  • 400 Gram Paneer
  • 200 Grams Malai (Homemade)
  • 200 Grams Powdered Sugar
  • A Pinch Of Saffron
  • 2 Tbsp. Cashew Nuts
  • 10 Pistachios (Finely Chopped)
  • 4-5 Cardamom (Peeled)

Instructions

Step 1
Take a pan and put malai in it. Stir fry it for 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 2
When the malai is melted, add grated paneer to it and keep stirring.
Step 3
Now, mix saffron with 1 tbsp milk. After the mixture starts to get thick, add it to the mixture.
Step 4
Fry some more until you get a thick consistency.
Step 5
Take out the mixture on a plate. Add powdered sugar when it cools down a bit. Mix well.
Step 6
Now, take a little mixture at a time and make small balls.
Step 7
Stick chopped pistachios and cardamom on the ladoos.
