Kesar malai ladoos are super delicious and can be made quickly.
Take a pan and put malai in it. Stir fry it for 5 to 6 minutes.
When the malai is melted, add grated paneer to it and keep stirring.
Now, mix saffron with 1 tbsp milk. After the mixture starts to get thick, add it to the mixture.
Fry some more until you get a thick consistency.
Take out the mixture on a plate. Add powdered sugar when it cools down a bit. Mix well.
Now, take a little mixture at a time and make small balls.
Stick chopped pistachios and cardamom on the ladoos.
Your kesar malai ladoos are now ready to be served.
