  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • 10 Medium Cubed Potatoes With Jackets

Preheat your oven to 245 degrees C.

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients besides the potatoes.

Now, add the potatoes and coat them all evenly.

Place them on the baking sheet of the pan arranged in a single layer.

Roast for 30 minutes in the oven and turn them occasionally so that they roast evenly.
