Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Puffed Amaranth Seeds
  • 1 Cup Small Poha
  • 1/2 Cup Masoor Dal
  • 2/3 Cup Cashews
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Raisins
  • 3 Sprigs Curry Leaves
  • 2 Tsp Pink Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder As Per Taste

Instructions

Step 1
Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and then add the leaves, cashews, chilli and salt. Toss for a minute.
Step 2
Now once these are slightly roasted, add in the rest of the ingredients and stir fry until they become crunchy.
Step 3
Let the mixture cool down and then store in a glass jar or any air tight container.
