Homemade Protein Rich Powder

Ingredients Required

  • 100 gram peanuts
  • 100 gram chana
  • 100 gram walnuts
  • 100 gram almonds
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Melon Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Milk Powder (Unsweetened)

Directions

  • In a pan, dry roast peanuts, chana for five minutes. Take off the flame.
  • Next, dry roast almonds and walnuts. Once done, keep aside.
  • On low flame, dry roast all the seeds.
  • Combine all the roasted nuts and seeds in a big bowl. Pulse to make a fine powder.
  • In a blender, add oats to make a fine powder.
  • Add it to the nuts and seeds mixture.
  • Now add the milk powder and mix well.
  • Your homemade, vegetarian protein powder is ready.

Chocolate Flavoured Protein Powder

If you prefer a chocolaty flavour of the protein powder then just follow the recipe shared above with a little tweak.
