Ingredients

  • 2 kg Chicken Cut Into Pieces
  • 5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • 6 tbsp Curd
  • 1 Juiced Lemon

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a deep bowl which can fit 2 kg chicken.
Step 2
Make small cuts in all the chicken pieces and rub in all of the paste on them one by one, coating them nicely and marinate for half an hour.
Step 3
After 30 minutes, warm up the grill and places the pieces basting them with little oil after every 4-5 minutes until they turn reddish and ready to eat. Do not overcook as that will make the chicken too dry.
Step 4
Serve with some onion slices and chutney.
