Ingredients
- 3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 1/4 Cup Raisins
- 1/2 Cup Ghee
- 1/8 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed Rose Petals For Garnishing
Instructions
- Step 1
- Half boil the peeled potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them in a non-stick pot with sugar, cardamoms and milk.
- Step 2
- Cover & cook for 7 minutes.
- Step 3
- Now remove the cardamoms and then mash the potatoes in milk.
- Step 4
- Add the raisins and saute for another 5 minutes.
- Step 5
- Once you get a thick consistency, add the ghee and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Step 6
- Serve in a bowl with a garnishing of the almonds and rose petals.
- Step 7
- Serve it warm.
