Ingredients

  • 3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins
  • 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • 1/8 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Tsp Crushed Rose Petals For Garnishing

Instructions

Step 1
Half boil the peeled potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them in a non-stick pot with sugar, cardamoms and milk.
Step 2
Cover & cook for 7 minutes.
Step 3
Now remove the cardamoms and then mash the potatoes in milk.
Step 4
Add the raisins and saute for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Once you get a thick consistency, add the ghee and cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 6
Serve in a bowl with a garnishing of the almonds and rose petals.
Step 7
Serve it warm.
