To make these delicious bars, heat butter over medium flame. Add honey to it and mix it well.
In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats with apricots, chopped nuts, vanilla extract and honey- butter mixture. Stir until it mixes completely.
Line a parchment paper on the baking tray and pour the mixture into the tray. Spread it evenly with the help of spatula and cover the tray with a plastic wrap.
