Sooji Dhokla
Try this 10-minute recipe for Sooji Dhokla. All you have to do is mix sooji with some seasonings like salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, some oil and dahi. Add some baking soda to it after five minutes and pour the mixture into a cake tin. Place it on a heating pan and serve it hot or you can store it in the refrigerator and enjoy it cold with some fried green chillies.
Sooji Appe
Very easy and convenient to make, treat yourself to the South-Indian delicacy. Add some veggies and dahi to the sooji batter, pour the batter into Appe moulds and cover the lid of the pan. Let the Appes cook on medium flame and toss them after a few minutes to cook them from the other side. Garnish them with curry leaves, sauces and chat masala as per your preference and serve with love.
Sooji Chillas
Looking for a healthy and quick dish? Chillas can be your go-to snack. Mix sooji and fine-chopped seasonal vegetables and water to maintain consistency along with spices. You can also add cooked veggies to the chilla later.

Sooji halwais an easy-to-prepare dessert. First, heat some oil in a wok and roast sooji in it. You have to keep stirring until it turns golden brown. Then, add water and sugar while stirring. Cook and stir occasionally for around 20 minutes and your mouth-watering sweet dish is ready.
