Ingredients

  • ½ cup peas
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ cup chopped French beans
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 3 cups of mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp cheese spread
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Step 1
Chop and dice the vegetables- carrots, beans and capsicum.
Step 2
Boil all the vegetables together in 2 cups of water and strain when done.

Now take a bowl and add diced pineapple in it.
Step 4
Add your boiled vegetables in the bowl.
Step 5
Sprinkle salt and pepper in it.
Step 6
Pour mayonnaise and cheese spread together in the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients properly.

Russian Salad in

You can add more cheese or mayonnaise, if your salad looks very thick. Chilli flakes can also be added to give a spicy flavour to the salad.

Place the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes and serve chilled.
