Ingredients

  • 100 grams paneer
  • 1/4 tsp tomato sauce
  • 3/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • oil for frying as required

Instructions

Step 1
Wash paneer and start cutting into small cubes. Keep aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
Step 3
Add paneer cubes to the sauce mix. Using a spoon, cover paneer pieces with the sauce. Make sure all of them are evenly covered. Keep covered for 15 to 30 minutes.
Step 4
Take a deep frying pan and add oil to it. Heat it for a few minutes.
Step 5
Start frying the marinated paneer cubes till golden brown.

Transfer to oil absorbing paper. Serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
