- Take 3 eggs and separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- Add salt to the egg yolks as per taste and begin to whisk.
- Start beating the egg whites in a separate bowl and keep doing it till bubbles start to rise.
- Add some sugar to the egg whites and mix well.
- When a stiff peak forms, your egg whites are ready for use.
- Fold in the egg yolks into the egg white mixture.
- Place a non-stick pan on the stove and spread some butter.
- Pour in the egg batter and spread evenly.
- Once golden and brown on one side, fold the omelette.
- Serve hot omelette with toast and ketchup.
