How To Make Fluffy Omelette?

  • Take 3 eggs and separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls. 
  • Add salt to the egg yolks as per taste and begin to whisk. 
  • Start beating the egg whites in a separate bowl and keep doing it till bubbles start to rise. 
  • Add some sugar to the egg whites and mix well. 
  • When a stiff peak forms, your egg whites are ready for use. 
  • Fold in the egg yolks into the egg white mixture. 
  • Place a non-stick pan on the stove and spread some butter. 
  • Pour in the egg batter and spread evenly. 
  • Once golden and brown on one side, fold the omelette. 
  • Serve hot omelette with toast and ketchup.

Step 1
