Ingredients For Eggless Waffles
2 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
2/3 cup (130 g) sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
2 cups (480 ml) buttermilk
4 tablespoons (60 g) butter, melted
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Whipped cream, honey, or your favourite fruits or berries for topping (optional)

Eggless Waffles Recipe
Step 1: Take a deep bowl and combine all the dry ingredients including flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir using a balloon whisk to combine.
Step 2: Now add the wet ingredients such as buttermilk, butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Avoid overmixing; otherwise, the waffles will be heavy when cooked. Let the batter rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Now take out the waffle iron and preheat it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 4: Before pouring the batter, spray the iron waffle with non-stick cooking spray. Now pour the batter into the iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Usually 2 to 3 minutes. The waffles most likely be ready when there isn’t any steam coming out of the waffle maker.
Step 5: Once it's done, place the waffles in a 200º F (95º C) oven to keep them warm while you finish with the rest of the batter.
Step 6: Put the waffle in a plate and garnish it with honey, whipped cream, berries, and fruits of your choice.
