If you love pancakes as much as I do and want to have it almost every day then here are some really easy pancake recipes. You don't have to head to a cafe for brunch anymore. Prepare hot, delicious pancakes at home quickly and enjoy!

How To Make Eggless Pancake Batter?
Ingredients:
All purpose Flour/ Maida- 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour/Atta- 1/2 cup (Could be replaced with maida)
Yogurt/Curd- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1 cup (I have used low fat; you could use full fat too)
Sugar- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
Baking Powder- 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda- pinch
Oil- 1 tablespoon (I have used olive oil; you could use refined oil too)
Butter- 1/2 teaspoon/ pancake
Directions:
Take a bowl and add maida, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and mix well. Next, add yogurt and whisk well. Add sugar and keep mixing.
Take some oil and add to the mixture. Use some milk to make the batter a little loose. The consistency shouldn't be too thick. Whisk for 10 minutes.
What's Next?
Once your pancake batter is ready, you can prepare it the style you want to. Take a pan and add butter to it. Spread pancake batter on the pan and cook on both sides. Add your choice of toppings. To make a chocolate one, pour some chocolate sauce on it and top with chocolate chips.
For strawberry pancake, spread the pancake batter on the pan and top with some strawberries. Cook on both the sides and dust with icing sugar or strawberry sauce.
