To make these scrumptious kebabs, you just have to mix all the spices and pour it on the boneless chicken. Thereafter, leave it for about an hour to marinate. Once the chicken pieces are marinated, fry then on a pan in oil for a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • Water
  • 1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. Gram Flour (Roasted)
  • 4 Tbsp. Fresh Cream
  • 4 Tbsp. Curd
  • 1 2/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Tsp Carom Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • Garam Masala Powder
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • Oil
  • Chat Masala
  • Lemon Juice

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Take coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon and water and make a paste in a mixer grinder. Pour this paste onto boneless chicken.

  2. Step 2:

    Add besan, cream, curd, cardamom powder, carom seeds, cumin powder, garam masala and fenugreek seeds. Mix all this together. Add 2 tbsp oil and mix it well. Leave for 1 hour to marinate.

  3. Step 3:

    Now cook the marinated chicken in a pan by adding oil.

  4. Step 4:

    After you fry the chicken on the pan, place the chicken on skewers and roast it on gas.

  5. Step 5:

    Add a little bit of oil or butter while roasting. Roast for 1-2 minutes on 1 side.

  6. Step 6:

    After the kebabs are roasted, add chaat masala and lemon juice to enhance taste.

  7. Step 7:

    Chicken pahadi kababs are now ready.
