Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
  • Metal Or Wooden Skewers
  • Coriander For Garnishing
  • Marination Ingredients: 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Papaya Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Hung Curd
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cornflour
  • 1 Tbsp Cream
  • Green Chillis As Per Taste
  • 1/4 Tsp White Pepper Powder

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the marination in a bowl with the chicken pieces and cover with foil, refrigerate for a day to 4-5 hours minimum.
Step 2
When ready to make, place all the pieces on the skewers.
Step 3
Warm up your grill at home and baste the skewers with some oil on regular intervals. Keep turning them for even cooking until they are charred a little.
Step 4
Garnish with coriander, some lemon wedges on the side and green chutney.
