Ingredients

  • 1 grated cauliflower head
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • salt and black pepper as per taste
  • Some salsa sauce for taste

Instructions

Step 1
Heat a large wok on medium heat with the the olive oil.
Step 2
Add the grated cauliflower and cook till it becomes tender.
Step 3
Season it with the green onions, salt, pepper and some salsa sauce. Mix well.
Step 4
Serve as it is or with some sauted mushrooms if you like.
