Delhi’s Jama Masjid is one of the most popular Muslim religious destinations in the world and is one of the largest mosques in India, with a capacity for over 25,000 worshippers. This architectural display, which is an integral feature of Delhi tourism, was built in 1644 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. This incredibly ornamental mosque includes three huge gates, four towering towers, and exquisite craftsmanship on the domes, arches, and doorways.
The Taj-ul-Masjid, often known as ‘The Crown of Mosques’, is located in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. It was built in the 19th century. It is said to be one of the largest mosques in India and one of the largest mosques in Asia. The main prayer hall is connected to the double-storeyed doorway by nine cusped multiple apertures and four recessed archways.
Bara Imambara also known as Asafi Imambara is regarded as India's biggest unsupported structure. This engineering masterpiece is located in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. It was built by Asaf-ud-Daula, Nawab of Lucknow (Places To Visit In Lucknow) in 1784. It is regarded as an engineering marvel and a remarkable example of Mughal architecture. This structure was made without the use of wood or metal. The arched ceiling of the central halls is created without any beam or girder, the most striking aspect of this structure.

One of India's oldest mosques is Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad. Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah built this mosque. This mosque can hold up to 10,000 people during prayer. The arched gallery displays the tombs of all the Nizam from the year 1803. The mosque offers octagonal balconies, arched galleries, a big prayer hall, hallways, and minarets.

The shrine of the renowned Muslim saint Haji Ali is located in Mumbai. Haji Ali Dargah is one of India’s most famous places situated nearly 500 yards from the Mumbai shoreline in the middle of the Arabian Sea off Lala Lajpatrai Marg. The structure's white minarets and domes reflect the style of the Mughal era.
