Quick Chocolate Cake Recipe

We all love desserts and there is nothing like preparing them at home with rich ingredients and lots of love. There are days when you just wish to be there in the kitchen and cook something that makes you happy. What better than a cake? Cakes are love but they aren't really difficult to prepare. Yes, now you can prepare a chocolate cake quickly and you don't even need a baking oven for it! Here is an easy chocolate biscuit cake recipe that is quick to prepare and will be loved by everyone. Just a few ingredients, an easy preparation, and your cake is ready!

Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Ingredients

  • 800g biscuits (digestive or any other tea biscuits)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts any of your choice)

For Chocolate Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Chocolate Ganache:
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 120 g chopped chocolate

Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe

Directions

Take a large bowl and break all the biscuits into small pieces. Alongside, take a pan and toss nuts for a few minutes. Add these nuts to the bowl of biscuits. In another pan, add cocoa powder and sugar. Mix together while adding in water. Add butter and stir well. Take it off the flame and add vanilla extract. Let it cool. Now pour this chocolate syrup over the biscuits and nuts mixture. Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients well. Take a cake tin, grease it with butter and transfer the mix to it. Even out the top with a spoon. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Till the time it sets, start preparing the chocolate ganache. In a pan, pour cream and let it boil. Then add chopped chocolate to it. Stir well to make a ganache. Take out the chocolate biscuit cake and pour this chocolate ganache over it. Decorate with nuts and serve.
