Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 10 Whole Fresh Strawberries
- 2 Chocolate Bars
- Unsalted Butter
How To Make:
- Step 1: Wash 10 strawberries and make sure they are fresh.
- Step 2: Take a bowl and break the two chocolate bars and put the pieces in the bowl, it can either be dark or milk chocolate.
- Step 3: Add two tablespoons of unsalted butter to the chocolate pieces and melt the chocolate in the microwave. If you do not have a microwave you can melt the chocolate by using a double boiler method.
- Step 4: Put out a tray with parchment paper on it. Dip the fresh strawberries into the melted chocolate and put it on the tray.
- Step 5: Freeze the strawberries till the chocolate outside has hardened. Voila! Your chocolate-covered strawberries are ready.
Cake Pop Truffles
These cake pops are not only easy to make but are also a great gift that can be added to a customised bouquet of flowers for your valentine.
Ingredients:
- 1 Packet Cake Mix
- 1 Packet Brownie Mix
- 8 Eggs
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 White Chocolate Bars
- Unsalted Butter
How To Make:
- Step 1: Add all the ingredients mentioned above except the butter and the white chocolate into a bowl.
- Step 2: Mix everything together with a whisk and mix until it forms a velvet smooth batter.
- Step 3: Pour the batter into cupcake moulds and bake for fifteen minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Step 4: After the cupcakes have been baked, make small balls from those cupcakes.
- Step 5: Break the white chocolate bars into a bowl. Add two tablespoons of unsalted butter to the chocolate pieces and melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler method.
- Step 6: Dip the cake pieces into the melted white chocolate and freeze the cake pops until the chocolate outside has hardened.
