  1. Start your prep by peeling the onion, ginger, and garlic. Then, chop them into small pieces as finely as you can.
  2. Next, heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, ginger, and garlic, and cook them for about 10 minutes until the onion turns see-through. Remember to stir them occasionally.
  3. While the onion garlic, and ginger are cooking, break the broccoli into small pieces either with your hands or a knife.
  4. Now, add coriander, chilli powder, curry powder, cardamom, cinnamon, and coconut milk to the pan with the onion, ginger, and garlic. Mix everything well.
  5. Get the black beans or rajma, drain them, and rinse them under water. Then, add them to the pan.
  6. Put the broccoli pieces into the pan and cover it. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes until the broccoli becomes soft.
  7. Once done, take the pan off the heat and add salt and pepper to taste.

  • 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Cardamom
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1.5 to 1.75 Cups of Coconut Milk
  • 2 Cups of Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 Cup of Black Beans
  • 2 Medium Sized Chopped Onions
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1-inch Chunk of Ginger
