Begin your preparation by peeling the onion, ginger, and garlic, then finely chop them as much as possible.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chopped onion, ginger, and garlic in the oil for approximately 10 minutes.
Break the broccoli into small pieces.
Combine coriander, chili powder, curry powder, cardamom, cinnamon, and coconut milk with the onion, ginger, and garlic mixture in the pan.
