Indian Railways has announced that the New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express will now run until December 5, 2024. Initially, the train was scheduled to operate for just 4 trips in each direction until November 6, 2024. Now, passengers can enjoy this premium service until December 5, 2024.

The Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express is designed to enhance connectivity between Delhi and Patna, two major cities in India. The train travels through some important stations, including: New Delhi, Kanpur city, Prayagraj junction, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya junction, Buxar, Ara Junction, and then Patna Junction. The return journey from Patna to Delhi begins at 7:30 am. The train covers a total distance of 1000 kilometers. The Vande Bharat Express is designed to reduce the travel time between Delhi and Patna, making it an attractive option for passengers who need to travel between these two cities quickly.

The Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express, running as Train Number: New Delhi (NDLS) to Patna Jn (PNBE) is 02252 and Patna Jn (PNBE) to New Delhi (NDLS) is 02251, as per the India Rail Info. The train covers a total distance of 1000 kilometers. With an average speed of 86.33 Kmph and its total time is 11 hours and 35 minutes.

Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express Ticket Prices

The Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Express offers passengers a choice of two classes: Executive Class and AC Chair Car. The ticket prices for both classes are slightly higher compared to regular trains, reflecting the premium service and modern amenities offered on board. The ticket prices are: Rs 2,575 for an AC chair car and Rs 4,655 for an executive chair car as per the Financial Express.
