She says, “Coconut has antimicrobial properties that help to protect against harmful microorganisms. l, thereby preventing skin infections such as acne, cellulits, folliculitis, and so on.” However, all skin types are different and the ingredient might not suit everyone, therefore, it is better to do a patch test beforehand.
