A lot of working moms experience mom guilt. While many give up on it, others try to balance it out. Zahra Jani is among the latter. She said, "Yes, it happens that sometimes you have more work and sometimes you have to pay more attention to your child. You slowly learn to balance things. Being a working mother, you aren't able to give 100 percent to the family. At times, it is 60 percent family and 40 percent work and sometimes it is vice versa. It is also important for you to explain to your family and child that the mother's profession is also important. If they understand it, you don't feel guilty."
