Ingredients
The ingredients you need to make yummy curd rice are 2 cups of boiled rice, 1 and a half cups of curd, 1 and a half tbsp of chopped ginger and green chillies, a dash of milk, salt to taste

Additionally, to make curd rice you need a half cup of grated carrot, 2 tbsp of ghee, 2-3 dry red chillies, 2 tsp of mustard seeds, 2 tsp of urad dal, pinch of asafoetida, handful of curry leaves and chopped corriander.

Mix well

Tadka (tempering)
For the tadka, heat ghee in a pan, add red chillies, mustard seeds, urad dal, and let them splutter. Add asafoetida and curry leaves. Saute for 30 seconds and pour the tadka on the curd rice. Mix the tadka nicely in rice.

Garnish with love
Add milk and salt in curd rice. Mix everything well together. Then garnish yummy curd rice with some chopped corriander leaves. Eat tasty curd rice with roasted papad.
