Ingredients for momos dough
You need 2 cups of wheat flour/atta and 3 teaspoons of oil along with a pinch of salt according to your taste to prepare a momos dough.

Ingredients for filling
For stuffing the momos you need 2 teaspoons of oil, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 cups of shredded cabbage, 1 grated carrot, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, half a teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon chilli sauce along with salt to taste.

Knead
Add 1 cup whole wheat flour and half a teaspoon of salt in a kneading bowl. Then knead smooth and soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Suate all the veggies along with ginger and garlic in a pan. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce along with half a teaspoon of black pepper powder and a pinch of salt to taste in the pan.

Give all the veggies in a pan a good stir and then taste the filling and add spices and salts if required to make the filling tasty and mouth-watering.

Again knead the dough for a minute and make balls out of it, flatten the balls and make small rotis. Stuff them with vegetable filling and then wrap the momos. Prepare all the momos the same way.
